Bee Hive fresh PURE honey in a 1 gallon jug. Floral souce (clover, alfalfa, etc. or wildflowers) will determine flavor. I do not select and separate the honey for Floral Source at this time, but let the bees and nature determine that for me as to the color and flavor of the honey.
