I will try to ship all NON-LIVE (HONEY, WOODWARE, ETC)) items within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of Order. this may be changed due so supply or weather conditions in Forest, Ohio. QUEEN BEES will be shipped MONDAY to THURSDAY as Friday delivery MAY not make the client's address due to flights, trucking, etc., and Saturday delivery may not be possible to some areas. I do not want the Queen Bees to be at a P.O. or warehouse for a weekend as it could result in their dead arrival to my Clients. Queens will be shipped on Availibility as soon as possible after the order is placed. Delays are possible, due or weather or conditions beyond my control or acts of God. All effeorts will be made to assure prompt service! I prefer to use United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) for Queen Bees especially as they have no rural surcharge and fuel surcharge. If you select U.P.S. Next Day Air. Please be aware that there are fuel surcharges and rural delivery charges added to the regular shipping charge. I use U.P.S for shipping products or U.S.P.S if requested. UPS Company policy and the US Post office WILL NOT insure Queens. US Postal regulation ( 609 sec 4.3 k) For the Post Office Should they arrive dead or damaged within the allowed shipping times, they will not cover the cost of replacement and shipping unfortunately. (601.9.0.37) (bees) Also, as per postal regulations 114.3.1, 414.3.0 and 604.9.2.4 queen bees and live animals are EXEMPT from the express mail guarantee of nextday/2nd day guarantee, TO PROTECT THE LIVE ANIMALS when shipping. If you prefer another service/shipper I will gladly accomodate your request. All items will be shipped from Forest, Ohio USA.

MY RESPONSIBILITY FOR HER CARE ENDS AT THE POINT YOUR QUEEN OR QUEENS ARRIVE ALIVE WITH HER ATTENDANTS! POKING A HOLE IN THE CANDY, OPENING THE OTHER CORKED END TO DIRECT RELEASE THE QUEEN, OR OTHER ACTS THAT RESULT IN THE QUEEN BEE'S DEATH ARE NOT COVERED BY MY REFUND/CREDIT POLICY. Refunds requests will be sent to my credit card processor to be credited back to your account in the next billing cycle, as this is how they bill me for charges/fees per month. If you prefer a credit on your account here with me (to hold a queen for the following month or year, etc) this can also be done too! I appreciate your business and hope to serve you many years!
